This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Areas
We ship to all states and territories of Australia:
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Victoria (VIC)
- Queensland (QLD)
- Western Australia (WA)
- South Australia (SA)
- Tasmania (TAS)
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
- Northern Territory (NT)
We do NOT ship internationally. All orders must be delivered to an Australian address.
2. Processing Times
2.1 Standard Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2.2 Order Cut-off Times
Orders placed:
- Before 2 PM AEST (Mon-Fri): Processed same day
- After 2 PM AEST (Mon-Fri): Processed next business day
- Weekends/Public Holidays: Processed next business day
2.3 High Volume Periods
During sales or holiday periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. We’ll notify you if there are any delays.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Standard Shipping
Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- Order weight and size
- Selected delivery speed
4.2 Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
4.3 First-Time Buyer Bonus

5. Packaging
5.1 Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in:
- Plain brown or white boxes (no branding)
- No product descriptions or images on the outside
- Return address shows warehouse name only (no “tobacco” or “cigarettes”)
- Securely sealed — no smell, no sound
Nobody will know what’s inside your package.
5.2 Product Protection
Inside the outer box:
- Products are wrapped in protective material
- Items are secured to prevent movement during transit
- Tobacco products comply with Australian plain packaging laws
5.3 Invoice
A packing slip is included inside the package (not visible from outside). This shows:
- Order number
- Items purchased
- Your shipping address
- Customer service contact information
6. Order Tracking
6.1 Tracking Number
You’ll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
Tracking is sent via:
- Email: Tracking link sent to your registered email
- SMS: Tracking link sent to your mobile (if provided)
- Account: View tracking in your account dashboard (if registered)
6.2 Real-Time Updates
Track your order in real-time:
- Order processed
- Dispatched from warehouse
- In transit
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
6.3 Tracking Issues
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 business days:
- Check the courier’s website directly
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email
- We’ll investigate with the courier and update you within 24 hours
7. Delivery Requirements
7.1 Signature Required
Adult signature is required on all deliveries. The courier will:
- Request signature from the recipient
- Verify the recipient appears to be 18+ years old
- May request ID if age is uncertain
7.2 Delivery Address
Ensure your delivery address is:
- Complete and accurate (including unit/apartment number)
- Accessible during business hours (or specify safe drop location)
- Someone available to sign (or authorize safe drop)
7.3 Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to sign:
- First attempt: Courier leaves a card with pickup instructions
- Pickup: Collect from local post office/courier depot within 7 days
- Second attempt: May be possible (contact courier directly)
- After 7 days: Package returned to us, additional shipping fees apply
8. Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control:
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier service disruptions
- Public holidays
- Remote location access issues
- Customs or regulatory inspections (rare for domestic)
If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll proactively notify you and offer options (wait, refund, or resend).
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
9.1 Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do NOT accept delivery (refuse the package)
- Take photos of the damage (if already accepted)
- Contact us within 24 hours: WhatsApp or email
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund
9.2 Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days:
- Contact us immediately
- We’ll open an investigation with the courier
- If confirmed lost, we’ll resend or refund (your choice)
- Investigation typically takes 3-5 business days
9.3 Stolen After Delivery
Once marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we’re not liable for theft. However:
- File a police report
- Contact us — we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement
- Consider installing security cameras or using safe drop locations
10. Change of Address
Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately to update your address. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
After Dispatch: Contact the courier directly using your tracking number. Address changes may incur additional fees.
